Who is JobInsights for?: People looking for professional roles in Canada who want to spend their time on the postings they can really win, and to see why a role fits or doesn't.
Which jobs does it cover?: Postings that employers publish publicly in Canada, from their careers pages and from the public feeds of the hiring systems they use. When JobInsights opens to more users, they will see postings only from sources cleared for that use. Coverage grows over time, and no source covers every employer, so it's worth checking the companies you care about directly too.
How does scoring work?: Each requirement in a posting is checked against the facts about your experience that you have confirmed. Requirements you meet earn credit, hard requirements you don't meet cap the score, and the result is a score and a verdict with the reasons listed. See how it works.
Does my location affect my scores?: No. Where a role is, and how many days in the office it asks for, are shown so you can decide, but they never enter a score.
What happens to my resume?: It is used only to provide JobInsights to you, and it is never sold. During the beta, only the operator's own data is processed by AI: we don't send invited users' data to an AI provider. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I delete my data?: Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of your data or its deletion.
Does JobInsights apply to jobs for me?: No. It never applies, and never contacts an employer or a recruiter. You decide what to do with each role.
Can the AI be wrong?: Yes. Reviews are AI-assisted and can misread a posting or your evidence, which is why every judgment shows what it relied on. They are not career, legal or hiring advice. See the AI notice.
Can I use it from Claude?: Beta users can connect JobInsights to their own Claude account and ask about roles, add a posting from a chat, record their own analysis, and log applications. A chat never changes a JobInsights score, and any fact it suggests about you waits for your confirmation in the app.

How do I get in?: Join the waitlist on the home page with your name and email; no account is needed. We'll email you when your invite is ready, and you can remove yourself at any time. You must be 18 or older, and JobInsights is not yet available to residents of Quebec. Invited users sign in with Google.
